A meetings & events company needed a unified internal platform to manage employee profiles, onboarding flows, branded email signatures, QR-enabled vCards, announcements, and client-facing event pages — all in one secure system.
This project was never assigned to me. While working at Forte Tourism, I had quietly built a small suite of standalone HTML/CSS/JS tools over time — an email signature generator, an out-of-office message builder, a QR code generator, a vCard creator. Each one solved a real friction point I kept running into. When AI entered my workflow, I saw an opportunity to rebuild and unify them into a single, proper platform.
While I was mid-build, the HR department independently raised a request in a company meeting: they wanted an onboarding automation system. Each time someone new joined, the team had to manually draft personalised orientation task emails and track completion by hand. I raised my hand, showed them what I was already building, and told them their requirement fit naturally into the system. They said yes.
That conversation turned a personal side project into company infrastructure. The platform — known internally as MyForte — became the single place where the company manages employee identity, automates onboarding, and produces every piece of branded output.

Marketing and ops teams build client-facing event landing pages through a structured editor — no code required, fully branded output.
